According to statistics, in 2015, China's polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) production was about 700,000 tons, increasing to 802,000 tons in 2022, with a compound annual growth rate of 1.96% during the period. In terms of demand, the apparent consumption of PVA in China in 2022 was 639,600 tons, an increase of 2.16%. Common types such as PVA 2488, PVA 2088 and PVA 0588 are in great demand in various fields.
